Signatures

Click on the link at the bottom of this page for an order form for new signatures. However, it is not necessary to use the order form; a blank piece of paper is sufficient. The text/signature must fit in a box approximately 3 inches high by 6 inches across.

The signature, stored on a standard flash memory SD card or cartridge, can be produced from an original, graphics file or fax. The quality of the machine-produced signature is directly related to the quality of the original signature we are provided. We strongly encourage customers to send three original signatures to:

Indicate the preferred signature (we use the other signatures to help us understand how letters are formed)

If transmitting a graphics file, please be sure that the resolution is 300 dpi or better. Black and white files are preferred. If faxing a file, please set your fax machine to its highest resolution and include your name and telephone number so we can confirm that the fax is of reasonable quality.
