Signature Equipment Maintenance

We pride ourselves in delivering excellent service to our customers on all machines that we manufacture or distribute. To our on-site service contract customers, we offer preventive maintenance, on-site emergency repair and priority scheduling. We also offer two factory-based service programs to help our customers control their costs. All our technicians are certified and experienced on a variety of office machines.

Annual Maintenance Contracts Offered After 90-Day Warranty Period

On-Site Service
Includes annual, scheduled preventive maintenance during the period of the contract to repair or replace any worn parts/components. This program also includes repair associated with any unexpected equipment failure and includes all parts, labor and travel. When requested, we will make reasonable efforts to respond to special requests for service within 48 hours.

Standard Service (factory-based)
Includes all parts and labor to correct any malfunctioning parts or components. Service is performed at our facilities. Equipment received by us is repaired and shipped back as soon as possible, normally within five (5) business days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to us, using the courier of their choice. We pay for shipping costs to return the machine to the customer.

Standard Plus Service (factory-based)
Includes all parts and labor to correct any malfunctioning parts or components. Service is performed at our facilities. Equipment received by us is repaired and shipped back as quickly as possible. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to us, using the courier of their choice. We pay for shipping costs to return the machine to the customer. If the equipment cannot be repaired and shipped within two (2) business days, loaner equipment will be provided (all shipping costs for loaner equipment are paid by us).
