In 1998, we expanded our business and entered into the automated signature replication business. The net result was an improvement in product quality for our customers. We are continuously increasing the number of product choices for our customers through company acquisition and internal R&D.

Our customers know us for our technical excellence as Damilic's management and technical development teams have world-class experience in a variety of technologies.

We use computer-based inventory, scheduling, and service monitoring systems to provide our customers with spare parts and service. With these tools, it is our objective to eliminate any interruptions in customer business activities. In addition to servicing our newer products, we continue to routinely service Signature Systems and Autopen equipment that is more than twenty years old. In April 2001, our Signature Systems Division was recognized for Twenty Years of Partnership with the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
